Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Additional ketchup for topping
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix until just combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Spread additional ketchup on top for added flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides!
