Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 lb grilled chicken breast diced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a large salad bowl or platter, layer the mixed greens. Arrange the grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped eggs, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese on top in rows.
  • Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad just before serving.
  • Toss gently to combine, or serve as is for a beautiful presentation. Enjoy!
