Prepare the Wings
Pat the wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, season the wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, tossing to coat evenly.
Fry or Bake the Wings
To Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in small batches for 10-12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
To Bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until the sauce is smooth and well-mixed.
Toss the Wings in Sauce
Place the cooked wings in a large bowl, pour the buffalo sauce over them, and toss to coat evenly.
Serve
Transfer the wings to a platter, and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side.
