Here’s the method to make this easy Summer Mix Salad:
First, chop all the vegetables into even cubes. Try to keep them the same size. Chop the onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
Next, chop the green chilies if using, and coriander.

- Next add the chopped cucumbers.

Next, add the salt, pepper, zeera or cumin powder, and lemon juice.

- Now combine the spices, starting with cumin seed powder.

- Add salt.

- Add the black pepper powder.

- Squeeze the lemon juice on top.
